How to Reinstall iN2L Software
1. Reinstall the Windows OS
Begin with the device powered off. Plug the USB drive into any USB port.
If the thumb drive doesn't auto-load you will need to configure the Windows Boot Options.
Power on the computer. A screen will pop up with white dots in a circular pattern at the bottom, then it will flash to a screen like this:

Next, select “ I accept the license terms “
Select the “Custom” option for install of Windows:
Select “Next” on the page asking where to install Windows:
Installation will begin. It could take up to 60 minutes for the installation to complete.

After the installation you’ll begin the set up process – please select these options:
REGION: UNITED STATES
KEYBOARD LAYOUT: UNITED STATES
SKIP ADDING A SECOND KEYBOARD – option in the bottom left hand corner
Connect to your community network – once connected select “next”
Select “set up for personal use”
It will ask you for a Microsoft login (YOU DO NOT NEED ONE) – in the bottom left hand corner select “Offline account”

Select “Limited experience” in the bottom left hand corner:
Who's going to use this PC?
Name: iN2L
Password – leave blank and select “next”

Select the final options:
On the privacy settings page select “accept”
on the customize experience page select “Skip”
on the La Cortana page select “accept”.
2. Installing ZOHO Assist from USB drive
Access the file explorer and run the installer
Open file explorer by clicking on
On the left side panel, navigate to 'ESD-USB' and click on it
Click on iN2LFiles, then click on ZA_Access_My_Department
Accept the warning and click Next

Accept the agreement and click Install
